About Clayton Johns
Clayton Johns is a lifelong motorsports fan and now has more than six years of media and public relations experience in the motorsports industry. Born and raised near Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Clayton grew up watching asphalt stock car racing throughout Ontario.
His career in motorsports began in 2011 with OSCAAR Racing as a race reporter for the OSCAAR Super Late Models, an asphalt touring series. In 2012, his role expanded to include social media management, producing video content and public address announcing.
During the 2013 season, Clayton witnessed his first dirt track race at Ohsweken Speedway. He was instantly hooked on dirt track and Sprint Car racing.
In 2014, Clayton took on a new role as the public address announcer and director of public relations at Brighton Speedway, a 1/3-mile dirt track that hosts weekly racing in Brighton, Ont. He currently remains in this position.
The 2016 season brought the formal introduction of Clayton Johns Media.
